safari freezes after starting


i've noticed since 8.3 on both ipad (retina mini 1) iphone (5s).

1. close tabs on safari.
2. quit safari via task manager.
3. start safari.
4. load page favourites.


safari freezes 5 seconds before loading page. same thing happens on iphone on ipad.

can please repeat these steps can see, whether it's devices or it's general problem. thanks!
 

i tried steps described on iphone 5s, no lag/freezing.

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
