Opinion... How important is HD size now?


i desperately need upgrade laptop , desktop computers , i'm having bit of debate of whether or not actual hd storage spend (significantly) more money on...?

main reasoning because there online storage tends more reliable , safer. example, i'm looking @ current macbook pro retina display , i'm having difficult time wanting spend @ least $100 more 100 more gbs of storage. (yes, understand it's double in higher-end cases...)

i'm curious on else's (more experienced) opinions on this. worth spending money when can store things online?
 

if don't need storage locally cloud may option. depends on how portable need - external drivers option, etc.

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
