Please, Help me! Urgent!! - iOS restore issue


i decided going sell iphone 5 (16gb) tried restore iphone. after install software update 8.4.1 tells me error 3014 , tried force turn off phone , stuck @ apple logo. every time try , restore bar goes 10 percent , disappears. please need fix phone!
 

op means there issue contacting apples servers.

need dfu restore ( plug phone computer, hold power , home till restarts when see apple logo let go of power button keep home button held till computer recognises phone)

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
