Samsung and Apple in advanced talks to join e-SIM launch

e-sim electronic sim removes need physical sim card present in device, mean consumers switch between carriers less hassle, theoretically @ least. of course, e-sim make consumer require many, if not most, of world’s top handset makers on board. both apple , samsung believed in advanced talks join e-sim standard.

mobile telecom industry association, gsma, apparently close announcing agreement e-sim standard implemented on mobile phones.

“we have got on 1 point, apple , samsung agreeing part of specification,” said ms bouverot, chief executive of gsma. “we have been working them , others create industry solution machines , agree solution consumer electronics.”

it's being discussed here. terrible idea lead gsm becoming cdma, little no ability switch carriers though should simple in theory.

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
