iPhone Pop-Up Bug


i jailbroke iphone 5s , installing old tweaks used use , got pop saying:

"http/:icare-alert.com

warning ios - crash report

due third party hidden malicious applications.

ios on mobile device has crashed.

contact support immediate fix
1-855-337-8035 (toll free)
protect mobile device date..!"


it's scam want know how rid of it, i'm not sure if i'll have remove tweaks or un-jailbreak re-jailbreak it's annoying having constant pop-ups on cydia every second.

edit: forgot mention can't search permanently stays up.

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
