iPad HELP! Need to downgrade from 8.4 PB to 8.3


hello all.
sold ipad mini 1 on ebay , need downgrade pb of 8.4 8.3 buyer isnt stuck beta software. downloading 8.3 ipsw here: http://www.iphonehacks.com/2015/04/download-ios-8-3.html
work if restore this? if have let buyer know on pb, unlinked account , stuff? unenrolled beta 4 of 8.4 still shows when go software update. should do??? please whoever can, thanks!

download proper ios 8.3 .ipsw device
go main device screen in itunes
shift + click restore (or option + click restore on mac)
browse .ipsw downloaded
double click

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
