iPad won't update software or new apps


hi reason ipad not update new 8.4.1 software. not download new apostles either update automatically old apps. i've tried hard reboot few times. i've made sure i'm signed itunes. took extreme measures , reset settings. still nothing has worked don't know else do.

( have ipad gen 4 * apps can't downloaded @ time , software update says error occurred downloading ios 8.4.1)

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
