Charging 2-3 USB devices with MacBook 2015

hi all,

i'm proud owner of new macbook since couple of days , love beside 1 problem have.
wanted check whether has solution that...

know there 1 usb-c connection. have ordered apple adapter has usb-a, hdmi , usb-c connection. initial thought attach usb-a hub usb-a connection gives me 4 additional usb-a connections charge iphone, apple watch , e-cigarette while i'm working @ office desk...also used to on older macbook pro have 2 external hard drives connected doing backups. problem as connect more 1 device hub macbook complains many devices connected , energy consumption high (macbook connected socket) , result skips charging connected or throws out hard drives error. result i'm able charge 1 device @ time or have 1 hd connected backups...this makes usb-a hub useless , of course quite inconvenient when comes charging devices.

same problem, usb-a hub working plan it, usb-a hub has minor quality?

appreciated...
