Early 2008 iMac - Upgrade RAM?


i have 2008 imac , wondering if provide insight/advice regarding whether worth time increasing ram. computer slow , see spinning pinwheel ... upgrading ram 6gb make of difference?

primary use of computer:
  • save pictures (photo library)
  • browse internet/email
  • stream netflix in office
  • backup ipad/iphone
appreciate input!

i recommend @ hard drive first. ssd upgrade best thing can speed old mac, 1 running yosemite on original hdd, cause lot of beachballs , slowdown.

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
