How to open files regardless of required version?


so downloaded application relatively sure able run fine on 10.7.5 (my version of osx), when try open it, message pops saying requires @ least version 10.8.5. doesn't open , crash, window finder icon pops saying that. feel there must flag somewhere in code or dictating minimum version required. question is: there way ignore flag , open application regardless of minimum required version?

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
