iPhone 3GS stalled on "Activating Your iPhone" screen


my sister had phone (sim unlocked) , thought of backing photos, videos , factory reset phone while upgrading latest firmware.

problem 3gs won't passed "activating iphone" , have tried install itunes 9.1.0 won't downgrade or whatever.

hope fixable because phone working before , had knew happen wouldn't have done it.

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
