Message/Instagram/Twitter only show a couple photos from All Photos


hello guys,

there's wrong iphone 6 (ios 8.4), before start, give info: use icloud photo library "optimize iphone storage" option selected. seems working correctly. can see photos on iphone, ipad, macbook (using photos) , on www.icloud.com.. take new picture, able see picture on other devices. great!

problem: went camping past weekend. on monday, decided start "instagram" photos... couldn't see photos there. "all photos" album had few pictures (30/40) instead of 1810-ish. on top of that, photos old. tried twitter... same thing. ruled out instagram cause of problem. tried apple's own message app , same thing happened (as can see photos above). difference between message app , twitter/instagram once selected "photo library", able access photos.

interesting part... layout, app instagram, display photos correctly (although "all photos" count different photos app):

flickr, app use working correctly well. don't know do. "reset settings", , didn't work. don't want reset entire device , start on because i'm going on vacation tomorrow , won't have time setup phone in time.

have guys seemed before?? ideas?

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
