HELP! Xserve refuses to boot


hello,
have 2008 model of xserve , after days setting , using pci-e raid card boot has 6gb/s capability , bootable (asm 1061) have teeny problem, well, big one. every time connect power, boots automatically, system id light yellow, not flashing. there no documentation on being on, off , blinking. shows no video radeon x1300 , have tried (power off, nvram reset, smc, pressing buttons on logic board reset, 4 , 1 on side) , same. bad psu? have 2 installed, use one. have tried combos, , hooked both a/c @ same time, nothing. think might if someon tell me each button (the main 4 buttons labeled, smc, power, on pressing lights 2 red lights, , sys reset) lone separated 1 (near cmos battery) not have description, knowing. used server ebayed 2 3.0ghz xeon quad, , 8gb of memory in 4x2gb. have tried removing asm 1061 pci-e , tried changing it's slot, no change. have pc gpu's, have tried radeon 5570, 6570, , nvidia gt 240, nothing changes (even after waiting os boot blindly) please dearly request help, , hope have provided enough information.

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
