In Snow Leopard, where is the combo update downloaded to?


i have 10.6 on 1 of drives , experiencing video cut-outs (as in black screen) regularly. think may have sonnet tempo pro, requires 10.6.8.

problem screen keeps going black during download can't "see" file check on progress etc.

have hooked macbook using file sharing (screen sharing won't work due video problems) , thought i'd check on download progress.

can't find combo update downloaded to. i've checked in various folders in library , ~library , in applications, downloads etc can't find it.

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
