iPhone won't do full backup?


went apple store today have iphone 6 replaced because of blue screen of death thing. got replaced , restored icloud backup did earlier in day. i'm home looking first backup on phone , shows have incomplete backup done on phone, when go backup myself keeps spinning , spinning until nothing. still have backup old iphone 6 on there well. supposed log out of icloud before genius had me wipe settings , content on old iphone?

edit: deleted old iphone backup , incomplete one, logged out of icloud , rebooted device, , tried backing doing camera roll , app data.
 

did anywhere on this? iphone ipad have not backed on 2 weeks. i've deleted old backups, reset network settings, logged out/into icloud. won't complete backup or sync icloud photos.

possibly running ipad on beta 10?

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
