so number of weeks ago picked kirby's epic yarn on wii u because advertised supporting wii u gamepad in accessories description. sadly turned out did not , therefore offered no benefit on disc version, contacted nintendo refund ....
followed weeks of letters , forth. claimed couldn't see description on e-store , had prove evidence did on 5 occasions because kept getting passed around 1 person another.
after receiving photos sent off head office .... 3 weeks later - confirmation wrong - have amended e-shop details , refunded €19.99
genuinely amazed took long resolution e-store problem / mistake , thought let know if have bought kirby's epic yarn under impression wii-u gamepad compatible, in position ask refund on purchase.
either way should not take couple of months resolve such simple mistake , i'm sure psn & xbox stores have refunded same day ringing.
nintendo customer support helpful - need work on e-store structure , policies. should not require intervention head office sanction refund.
