Windows on MacBook Air

i don't particularly want windows on mac computer seems program want called blue beam available windows. don't want have carry around 2 laptops 1 program i'd see if option worth trying.

have 2013 mac air base model

128 ssd

1.6ghz dual-core intel core i5

4gb memory

model worth trying or entirely limited try. on budget if upgrading larger model option i'll need start planning. if it's possible i'd it. i'm ok giving little space not if slow computer down. put of filed on sad card not take space no problems there. won't compromise when comes speed of computer now. i'm happy performance.

advice , suggestions appreciated. if have done please share experience. i'm not tech savvy guy when comes installing things can around computer enough things done think. i'll sound idiot of questions hope you'll forgive me lol.

windows work fine on air. think i'd concerned storage space of mac. windows 7 updates takes 40gb of space. windows 8.1 lighter , takes 25gb of space.
can use bootcamp run natively or use parallels run in virtual environment. parallels, don't need reboot air in windows. can run os x , windows @ same time. air having 4gb of ram can problem run both @ same time.
