Ios 8.4 Cellular data leak?


there many bugs after upgrading 8.4, 1 bugs me lot hidden cellular data usage.

after upgrading ios 8.4 noticed uses lots more cellular data before. , data empty before bill cut off date. have turned off apple music, location service , background refresh. thought phone, wiped iphone 5s, did hard reset , clean install (not backup icloud). after that, problem still exists, called local provider , said ios 8.4 bug.

now, if check in settings > cellular data usage > current period says 16.1mb (this lot since used whatsapp, text only, , nike+ running app once)
when add "use cellular data for:" 15 mb (including system services). no idea 1.1 mb go.

has problem well?
 

it rounding nearest tenths , once on 100 rounds nearest megabyte discrepancy adding them up. lol
