Apps not starting


whenver try starting 3rd party app aren't launching. progress icon spins. happening several hours yesterday , of sudden started working again, i'm seeing same behavior.

i've tried restarting iphone, watch, uninstalling apps, etc.
 

how network coverage? wi-fi? mobile? good? bad?

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
