Decoding Photos filecache filename


i'm having problem photos app uploading icloud. error on console is

specifically, i'm trying figure out encoding used cloudphotosd create filename in filecache

cplay9aegvom1qdpfjdd0_7g+04biie.mov

looks base64 base64 decoders reject not valid.

can let me know how original filename encoded arrive @ filename?

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
