Best Option for temporary data in the UK


i going travelling around england week later month , happiest travelling when have access data (nothing google search or map confirm in right place). right have iphone 5s on at&t , wondering best bet getting short term data plan while overseas. at&t passport best bet, swapping out sim card or else entirely?
