iPad starts then stops


may have dropped ipad or knocked it. now, can swipe open screen unresponsive. cannot enter anything. lcd digitiser? there way of testing or repairing it?
 

they can repaired have careful repaired. might worth hunting down repair places or check apple. if dropped did damage something, unfortunately.

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
