start consider mine faulty nobody seems complain simple things expensive laptop should without issue.

last try read stupid 434ko pdf , scroll down , up. mine choppy hell !!!

get adobe reader.
make default documents of type .pdf
once you've gone through adobe's odious prefs setup procedure you'll much happier.
