Good idea to reflow my graphics card?


so, have late 2009 imac sits on little table being pointless , serving collection computer, built new powerful pc. unfortunately, graphics card dead, , failed @ underclocking card (i couldn't install windows). have read few articles reflowing graphics card (putting in oven) , although seems work, i'm kinda scared of doing it. repairing graphics card since having functional computer, although can't buy new 1 since cost $250+.

think? tips of doing or should avoid doing that?

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
