iTunes keeps telling me I have a carrier update but I get an error when downloading?


i got replacement 5s today, on 8.3 did restore in latest itunes, going jailbreak later. after restore, itunes pops message:

"an update carrier settings iphone available. download now?"

click download , update, next message right away.

"itunes not update carrier settings on iphone. requested resource not found."

ideas on going on? i've never seen carrier update error before. replacement 5s got yesterday apple store. when go settings > general > software update, it's says i'm on latest (8.3).

also, i'm on verizon wireless, 5s says a1533 on back. when system restore downloads , installs "iphone6,1_8.3_12f70", i'm wondering if might issue? know there iphone6,1 , iphone6,2 ipsw file. phone has not been jailbroken or anything, it's right genius bar.

edit: , start in itunes. clicked on itunes, check update. says "an update carrier settings iphone available download it?".

on phone itself, go settings > general > , see if prompted update carrier settings there (and can check on version listed there well).

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
