Accidentally made custom View Options default

hello,

got new rmbp , far i'm happy it, still huge learning curve me , bugging guys beginners' questions on many occasions.
messing around view options today , accidentally clicked "use default" on custom configuration...is there way reset default view was?
applications folder , how auto-arranged them newest things come @ bottom.

tl;dr: how reset applications folder view in finder factory default if changed default?

click expand...

in terminal, type:
sudo rm "/applications/.ds_store"
killall finder
