I want to use iMacs as monitors??


i have macpro3,1 , want use imacs monitors in "target display mode", mac pro not have mini displayport cable. can rig wires , adapters, or need buy video card?

also, 1 imac has mini displayport , other has thunderbolt.
 

your mac pro needs video card mini displayport , you'll need either mini displayport cable or thunderbolt cable connect imac mini displayport. won't able connect imac thunderbolt mac pro because pre 2013 mac pros don't support thunderbolt.

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
