rMBP Throttling in Bootcamp


i've been avid reader of forum , has helped me lot before, come folks last resort.

have 2013 rmbp, i7-3740qm @ 2.7ghz - gt650m - 16gb ram - > games could realistically run running fine until 2 month ago, no throttling issues whatsoever.

but, summer hit , started getting real annoying cpu , gpu throttles. couldn't run game on during time, , pretty assumed has dust/fans/thermal paste issues. so, sent shop cleared out dust, , reapplied thermal paste, , worked fine month.

month after cleaning process, performance started decline, wasn't annoying or game breaking disregarded it.

now, same problems happening again. gpu throttling down 270 mhz, cpu revolves around 2ghz range when set 2.7ghz constant throttlestop , under load, etc..

tried tweaking performance states in inspector nothing worked really. attached sensor readings during throttling , dxdiag.

it's worth noting before, both cpu , gpu temps go far 99c , no throttling occur. throttling appears happening @ 70c. i'm not sure what's going on.

fans set max value using macs fan control.

taking time read this, , suggestion might have heavily appreciated.

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
