How to REALLY hide ALL file extensions in Yosemite?

there 2 options far have seen on internet , none of them job.
first 1 unchecking box in finder settings, not work @ all, or @ least popular format mp4, mov, jpg, pdf...

second 1 real joke, can hide file extension of single file only, , not files has same extensions can done triggering ⌘i then:

though can select multiple files hide format @ same time, not useful @ since have every single time have new file.

but there way hide file extensions using more advanced tools terminal?

so there no way of doing so??
