rMBP & ext. monitor minimal cable clutter

2015 13" rmbp , possibly dell u2415 monitor. there options cable connections, since connecting , disconnecting rmbp daily? can respond using similar set-up? prefer having wired keyboard, connected usb on monitor. cable coming thunderbolt display take care of usb'd keyboard? also, if connect external speakers via monitor. possible me have 2 cable connections rmbp— power supply , via thunderbolt (or hdmi?) port?

possibly consider dock, henge dock has gotten many critical reviews price in mind.

what need thunderbolt 2 dock. aren't cheap give option have external hdd's keyboard mouse , monitor set thunderbolt cable connection rmbp.
