Can't install El Cap in external usb 3 drive


so decided test cap on external usb 3 enclosure. downloaded first public beta app store, double clicked, selected partition (gpt hfs+) restart. when installer boots up, theres nothing writing or reading external, , after not minute unmounts, option install yosemite installation. ran diskutil verify on terminal see if keep busy, , unmounted midway, decided not try installation.

couple of things note:
-there no usb tab in system information in os x install.
-a week ago installed el cap usb 2.0 stick, no problems ( painfully slow)
-on same external enclosure have 2 other partitions, 1 time machine other stuff dont want in tm, no filevault.
-the external works fine in yosemite, stays mounted if disk spins down.
-this first public beta installer, should download latest? installer use actual beta drivers , maybe theres buggy 1 usb 3 ???
 

el capitan has serious issue usb devices.

want install full mac os x on usb drive take on go , install os x newer el capitan.

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
