How to get Mac Mail to retain window settings?


i'm trying use mail on yosemite, having problem.

if close main window, , hit cmd-0 or click dock icon, smaller 1 opens , of toolbars reset.

why? there way stay as-is between launches? ... super annoying. if hit cmd-q , reopen it, toolbars still reset.
 

i'm running latest beta of yosemite 10.10.4 , experience none of problems apple mail mention in post.

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
