Mac Pro 1.1 wont boot up 2 solid red lights


i’ve checked through of ram , it’s good. diagnostic leds on logic board indicating failure or overheating of both cpus & b solid red lights. trickle voltage there (amber indicator).

issue manifests complete failure boot - no startup chime sound although fans start , power indicator lights solid. no power usb ports can’t use key shortcuts attempt other boot modes.

has had need replace processors ? want buy find wasn't them ?
 

cpus not problem.
problem is
1 - psu (most probably) or
2 - logicboard

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
