Requesting advice - MBA crashing and expiring Applecare


my mba experiencing crashes. kernel crash displays "your computer restarted because of problem". in other instances whole system freezes requiring hard power off. here's dilemma:

i've taken genius bar twice , reported same problem. has not been fixed, although other issues (the first time replaced bad microphone, , second time replaced speaker broke after first repair). nothing done crashing issues , recommended upgrade yosemite. did that, , computer has crashed 4 times week, worse before.

i've had on 4 weeks of being without computer due applecare repairs on machine. feel i'm getting blown off because applecare coverage expires in few days. have appointment day before warranty expires hoping third time charm them fix it.

given have few days of warranty left there way can escalate issue? phone/chat better going store again?
 

my experience - phones @ least - if issue reported before expiration of warranty, if have not yet fixed @ expiration, still on hook so. think should call , try elevate supervisor on phone, expressing how you've gone store, , you've done they've suggested far, no success.

i'd reiterate - nicely, of course - ongoing problem started while back; think if have dates/occurrences on hand, process.

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
