Help - I can't restore my phone


i desperately need phone working. tried updating on computer , there error , phone screen indicates need connect itunes when connect itunes says phone in restore mode can't use itunes. i've tried going apple support because can't access phone serial number won't let me progress. travelling overseas tomorrow , desperately need phone work. there can may assist me please?
 

have tried holding both power , home button simultaneously, counting ten , letting go of home button?

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
