ipad4 plug/unplug automatically to pc


hi, have ipad4. connected latop pc via usb now, when plug usb, ipad4 go in charge disconnects, , repeats forever while usb plugged.
if plug ipad electric charger charges normally.
tried new cable plugged pc, nothing
tried plug while pc chargeing, nothing
can me?
 

the pc not giving out correct current in order charge device, remaining cinnected can presume result of output.

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
