Mac Mail not receiving emails (Outlook server)

i have tried find outlook.com forum found none. having problems receiving emails, , think may related spam email clicked.

when try email ourselves following message:

delivery has failed these recipients or groups:

pendle stained glass ltd (xxx)the recipient's mailbox full , can't accept messages now. please try resending message later, or contact recipient directly.
