What's causing this lag?? It's killing me. 2012 MBP


i bought 2012 mbp , experiencing horrible lag. it's 2012 mbp non retina. 2.5ghz i5 8gigs ram. when bought machine stock, i've since put in crucial m500 ssd caddy in superdrives spot , swapped out factory hdd wd 09 macbook pro. used day or , kept getting spinning wheel when doing simple task. opening itunes, quitting safari, or trying open links in new tabs. irritating enough went ahead , reinstalled yosemite hoping fix issue. after loaded tm backup noticed same lag problem. today replaced factory 4gigs ram crucial 8gb kit, same lag. not sure next. suggestions?
 

if me, put ssd in normal hard drive spot, data, format drive, , start over. did referb 2012 13" mbp. runs champ. 256 ssd samsung 850 evo , 16g ram. luck

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
