Watch not responding to touch


three out of every 4 times when notification , try swipe down dismiss watch won't respond touch few seconds after screen turns on. feel haptics, lift arm up, screen wakes , see notification animation , swipe down one, 2 , 3 times , nothing moves pixel. if wait second or 2 touch response works , can swipe away, process takes more time whipping out phone , dismissing there.

tried unpairing / repairing watch, , removing installed apps no luck. ideas? else seeing similar?

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
