Would this work? (Question on White MacBooks)


hi everyone,

i'd considered upgrading 11" mba 13". don't think i'll doing that, , have idea.

i'm considering buying used white macbook online, ideally 2010 model. way, i'd able keep 11" air , have chance have white macbook (i've loved way look.)

if one, i'd max out ram 8 gb try , make run better. here's question: of them see running snow leopard. want have app store in os ... copy of newer os x online & install through optical drive?

sorry if dumb question, i've ever installed os x through app store.
 

it's not dumb question - it's sensible one.

have late 2009 white unibody macbook.
upgraded 8gbytes of ram , added 250gbyte samsung ssd , flies. handles office , photoshop, imovie etc. isn't fast mbp never be/wasn't ment be. end of line.
boot in 12 seconds , runs yesomite without hitch.

download yosemite installer app store on mba, load onto installable usb memory stick , install fresh install on white macbook ssd. there plenty of threads on forum on how make bootable usb stick.

enjoy , report on how got on.

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
