i'm acquainted above trick. in fact, it's saved rear end few times when got stuck in "os 9" trap on computer didn't have os 9 drivers on disk or had other configuration change prevented booting os 9. have, however, had few occasions didn't work. specifically, playing around new cube last night has cpu upgrade. don't know specifics, think it's 7447a based(it's 1.5ghz). in case, stupidly tried boot off of os 9, hangs near end of boot process because(i assume) doesn't have correct extensions boot off cpu(my sonnet dual 1.8 upgrade "tricks" computer thinking it's different processor allow os 9 booting). seems, however, "x" trick doesn't work on cube. need boot off tiger cd(there's no dvd drive in computer) afraid i'll run other issues not having correct cpu drivers...it looks may end having go in , tdm boot , manually "unbless" os 9 system folder, or otherwise p...

hi, i'm considering buying used imac (mid 2011 model) comes 500mb 7200rpm internal drive. intended swap internal drive ssd (samsung 840 evo, own) , use external usb drive media, dropbox, etc. meanwhile read dropbox doesn't work on external drives, looked solution have 2 drives inside imac. so, question is: should replace imac 500mb internal drive ssd , buy new 1tb or 2tb 2.5" "normal" drive replace optical drive (where put media, dropbox, etc.), or should leave 500mb drive untouched , install ssd on optical drive bay instead? far know optical drive uses sata ii interface, while internal drive uses sata iii interface. samsung 840 sata iii, i'm afraid limited sata ii interface. solution mount ssd underneath optical drive , use "spare" sata iii port out of question because it's way risky , complicated. appreciated. best regards, pedro   connec...

i rented movie outland yesterday norwegian itunes store. shortly after began downloading got peculiar error message saying don't have permission write itunes library. strange since user of imac , have admin access. , shortly after this, got several error messages saying keychain had been reset. after watching movie this, upon hitting play got error message saying version of itunes doesn't support file. tried several times, , rebooted, no avail. thing changed upon reboot rental. disappears itunes! when starting safari slew of keychain error messages popped saying certificate not found , presented keychain option either cancel or reset defaults every single 1 of errors. neither option helps. , internet accounts keeps pestering me enter facebook password. still happening speak. seem of passwords lost, in both internet accounts , keychain. tried launching battle.net play heroes of storm, battle.net launcher refused launch @ all. fine hours before. ...
