i have iphone 5s ios 8.4. recorded video using built-in camera app. how built-in photos app shows video: opened imovie app (version 2.1.2), created new project, imported video, did not editing, , exported video using "save video" option (exported 1080p). when went built-in photos app, how showed exported video: why has exported video been shrunk, , had top , bottom cropped off? instead of being tall rectangular video original was, exported video square lot of black space around it.   short answer - looks shot video in portrait format iphone held vertically. imovie expects video landscape format hence cropping. try again iphone held horizontally.   Forums iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch iPhone iPhone ...

carplay has been modified bit in ios 8.4. using on pioneer avh-4000nex. not capable of wireless carplay, believe require head unit connect via wifi. audiobooks has own button on carplay shifted podcasts (which listen more) next page. wish carplay allowed me organize icons can on phone. if there way edit order of carplay icons love know. music icon has new icon pretty offers playlists , music available on phone. although subscribed apple music there no option searching music itunes or playing suggested playlist. there seems improvement in overall function of carplay. in previous ios versions have hiccups in getting carplay start, or getting podcasts resume play. found quitting podcast on phone or restarting phone work again. big fan of carplay , not buy car without it.   i agree mentioned here, ability move podcasts main screen. using pioneer head unit , whole solution feel bit more stable...
